For a delicious way to use fresh summer cherries, try this easy recipe! These popsicles are packed with fiber, antioxidants, and probiotics, and are less than 100 calories per popsicle.

Ingredients
20 oz fresh sweet cherries, pitted
2 tbsp honey, agave, or sweetener of choice (optional)
juice and zest of one lemon
1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
2/3 cup water
1 cup yogurt of choice
Directions
Combine pitted cherries with lemon zest, juice, sweetener, water, and almond extract in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat until sugar has dissolved and cherries have softened slightly.
Blend cherry mixture until smooth.
Fill a popsicle mold halfway with cherry mixture. Top gently with yogurt mixture (you can use plastic cups placed in a 9x13 baking dish if you don't have molds)
Add tops of molds (or popsicle sticks if you are using plastic cups) and freeze overnight.
